My Beach hut is on Southbourne beach, near Warren Edge car park, 3-4mins walk from 'SOBO' beach cafe. It is 20 meters from toilets and on the upper balcony (sorry not suitable for people with mobility issues). which means additional privacy from the promenade and good views of Southbourne beach.

It has four chairs, a parasol, a double gas stove, mugs, plates tumblers, small sauce pan, small frying pan and bottle opener. There is a small collection of buckets, spades, toys and a bodyboard. There is also a washing up bowl and washing liquid.
