A fully redecorated and refurbished hut raised on stilts above the dog friendly part of the the award winning beach at Wells. This beautiful hut is equipped with deckchairs, daybed, table, crockery, cutlery, windbreaks, sand games, tea, coffee, cafetiere etc. etc. Everything you need for a fabulous beach holiday.

2026 bookings must be for a minimum of any 2 consecutive days in April, May, June, September and October, and for 6 days starting Saturdays during July and August

Wells next the Sea beach is fine sand not suited to wheelchair access. There are steps up and over the dunes. The hut itself is raised with steps up from the beach.

However it is fine for young children and for dogs too.

Deckchairs, windbreaks, sun umbrella, daybed, 2 litre vacuum flask for hot or iced water, cutlery, mugs, bowls, water container, condiments, tea, coffee (instant and ground) cafetiere, teapot, cards, games, books, map, local things to do, wine glasses, sewing kit, dog bowls, lead and treats, waste bin

No charges for management fees, VAT or booking fees.
No damage deposit.
