Wells-Next-The-Sea, Norfolk
Wells-next-the-Sea has an outstanding beach, with fine golden sands, an outstanding view, and great facilities. Our hut has a great position and is well kitted out with table & chairs, crockery, essential supplies, dog bowls and the beach equipment you will need - deck chairs, windbreaks, and buckets & spades. There’s a wonderful beach café and toilet block a short walk away.

A fully redecorated and refurbished hut raised on stilts above the dog friendly part of the the award winning beach at Wells. This beautiful hut is equipped with deckchairs, daybed, table, crockery, cutlery, windbreaks, sand games, tea, coffee, cafetiere etc. etc. Everything you need for a fabulous beach holiday.
Having held or reduced our fees for 2026, the summer holidays are booking fast, (many by our lovely regular guests....)
The dates still available around the school summer holidays are;
July 4 - 9 (6 days at £400)
July 11 - 16 (6 days at £400)
July 18 - 23 (6 days at £400)
Aug 29 - Sep 3 (6 days £400)
As always July and August 2026 bookings must be for a minimum of 6 days starting Saturdays.
For dates during April, May, June, September and October there is a minimum hire of 2 consecutive days for £130, plus £65 per day thereafter should you wish to add them.
